Вроде бы, там что-то с кодом напакостили, а потом решили оставить так. Ради эксперимента - как измениться адекватность оценок сториса. Короче говоря - там подумали что если убрать оценки, то фанфы станут нравиться всем больше. Этого явно не происходит, но особой разницы нет, вот никто ничего и не трогает.
